Collection: Casamara Club
Casamara Club was created by owner Jason who didn't think non-alcoholic drinks shouldn't taste like an afterthought. The goal was to make drinks without alcohol taste just as special and transportive. He spent months and then years learning to blend, building a collection of dozens of homemade extracts. Eventually, he found his way to the recipes for their Amaro Club Sodas, inspired by Italian leisure drinks.
About Casamara Club
Garnering inspiration from the classic flavors of Italian bitters and sodas, owner and founder of Casamara Club, Jason LaValla was looking to create a non-alcoholic beverage that didn’t taste like an afterthought. He started by experimenting with countless handmade plant extracts in his kitchen before learning to mix and create bitters as well as amaro (a herbal liqueur from Italy that is typically drunk as an after-dinner digestif). He ultimately started working on the recipes for their first batch of leisure sodas in his home kitchen. And those recipes born out of his kitchen are the same recipes they use today. The crew over at Casamara Club really enjoy relaxing with a tasty beverage and believe that non-alcoholic options can be meticulously crafted and just as fun as any alcoholic beverage.
