NON, the creation of ex-Noma chef William Wade and branding guru Aaron Trotman, is crafted with wine-like production procedures and flavor profiles, giving drinkers a drink that's as rich and complex as the real thing. William's fine-dining experience served as the foundation for the Melbourne-based NON brand, with each variation developed using the same method he'd use anytime he wanted to create a new dish. Each bottle of NON has its own distinct flavor, created by infusing dried fruits, herbs, spices, and other natural ingredients completely separate from each other. Chefs William Wade and Aaron Trotman established the NON brand because they felt tisane (a non-alcoholic wine substitute prepared from the infusion of herbs, spices, and other plants) would be a unique and tasty non-alcoholic wine alternative that had never been tried before. Next thing you know, they’re brewing, bottling, and actually making it happen!
