During this process, the alcohol is gently removed from the base wine, leaving the finished product with fewer calories, less sugar, and no alcohol.
Award-winning Napa Valley winemaker, Meredith Leahy, oversees the entire winemaking process and works together to create new tasty adult beverages without the side effects of alcohol.
