This British Colonial Style Tonic

El Guapo Tonic Syrup is incredibly unique and herbaceous. The makers grind cinchona bark to create their own quinine in-house before adding fresh Louisiana citrus and a plethora of spices. Full of fresh, bright citrus and slightly floral notes, it finishes with a lingering but pleasant bitterness.

How to Enjoy:

Mix on part syrup to three parts soda water or alternative spirit. Sèchey says to go for a G&T by mixing 1/2 ounce tonic syrup with two parts alternative gin and three parts club soda. Enjoy!
