Optimist Botanics Fresh

4 Fresh raspberries

20ml ginger syrup

12ml fresh lime juice

Ice and rosemary

Ginger ale – (around 100ml)

Shake the ingredients with ice apart from the ginger beer and rosemary. Then strain into a highball glass with ice. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with raspberries and rosemary
