Sovi is an alcohol-removed wine, which means that it is created using traditional winemaking techniques. The 2020 Tempranillo rosè has an expressive combination of red fruit flavors and savory notes, which come through even though it is dealcoholized. We can't wait to see what other varietals this team releases in the Fall! There is a limited quantity remaining so grab it while you can. It's rosè season in Charleston until November!
