Return Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. However, if the item(s) you purchased have arrived damaged in transit, please email hello@sechey.com with a photo and details so we may send a replacement, or a credit to purchase a different item.  

Shipping Information

We offer UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, Economy, USPS Priority Express. For all non local delivery, please allow 1 - 2 business days to process the order.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery to any customer in within an 8 mile radius of Downtown Charleston, usually same day if located on Peninsula and placed before 5 pm. Minimum Order $20. Or $5 delivery for the metro area. If this applies to you, please click free local delivery at check out on the shipping page. We would also love to meet you in person so check out our local events to purchase instore.
