Tasting notes: wild herbs, anise, fresh canyon air. Drinks like: an abundantly botanical gin. Simple Pour: 1 part
OPTIMIST Suggested Serving: 1 part Fresh to 4 parts Tonic Water, over ice. Garnish: Rosemary.
