Return Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. However, if the item(s) you purchased have arrived damaged in transit, please email hello@sechey.com with a photo and details so we may send a replacement, or a credit to purchase a different item.
Shipping Information
We offer UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, Economy, USPS Priority Express. For all non local delivery, please allow 1 - 2 business days to process and ship the order Monday through Friday during business hours.
Shipping and Package Protection
We pack your drinks with care, but once they’re on the road, it’s out of our hands. If you don’t add (and pay for) Package Protection, we can’t guarantee safe arrival—you’ll need to file a claim with the carrier if anything goes wrong.
Add Package Protection? Sweet! If your order shows up damaged, just click the link in the email they sent when you ordered—they’ll quickly reorder for you. Super simple, super worth it!
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery to any customer in within an 5 mile radius of Downtown Charleston, usually same day if located on Peninsula and placed before 5 pm. Minimum Order $150. Or $20 delivery for the metro area with a minimum order of $200. If this applies to you, please click free local delivery at check out on the shipping page. We would also love to meet you in person so check out our local events to purchase instore.
We are also available on Uber Eats. If you are outside of the local delivery area, you can choose this option to order pickup or delivery.
