Taking the Word "Drinking" Back from Alcohol

Ghia has a cult following after being featured in Vogue, and Sèchey is excited to be the only place to find it in Charleston.  The Apéritif looks beautiful on your bar cart, and Le Spritz is an easy way to enjoy it.

A spirits-free aperitif adapted for modern times...taking the memories of the founders' summers spent near the Mediterranean and creating a unique beverage that is packed with only pure, natural extracts.  Potent Plants. Heady herbals. Blithe botanicals.  Each glass promises to kick up the energy and calm down the mind.

Read More about how Ghia Apéritif was selected as one of the Top 8 Non-Alcoholic Drinks for 2021.

Ghia is a drink to remember. They took out the booze and the fake stuff… but we kept in all the attitude. Only pure ingredients, a biting combination of botanical extracts — no alcohol — are powerful enough to bring out the best version of you without numbing the night (or the next morning).

Bitter but can be improved with mixers

I find this drink very bitter but in a way it grows on me a bit when I'm drinking it. I usually add a sweet mixer such as ginger beer or tonic.

Special times

You just feel special when pouring a Ghia drink. I love it and it has replaced any wine I used to have at apero time.
