Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Sèchey’s liability under any program is limited to the fees paid by the brand partner for the applicable program period. Sèchey shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Brand partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sèchey, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or regulatory actions arising from:

- Marketing claims
- Regulatory noncompliance
