We wanted to keep the Rosé Sparkler dry (with low sugar and a tart bite) but at the same time it demanded vibrant color and floral notes. Often, color and flavor come at the expense of adding more fruit and sugars—and this was a tradeoff we would not make. The answer? Hibiscus.

Dry, fruity & complex. Hints of strawberry and hibiscus produce a sophisticated sparkling wine alternative. Pairs well with duck tagine, mussels, panna cotta, baby carrots and hummus, hot dogs on the grill, and strawberry rhubarb pie.

Rosé all day with our delicate, dry pink sparkler. A careful balance of sweet and tart with the perfect nose of fruits and flowers.
